Device Loading Issue

Hello, I use my Home App to manage my children's screen time.  When it's time to go into the the app to pause or unpause a device I get a 30 to 45 second blue loading circle before then a something went wrong message,  I then do the process over and then it works. I have 4 kids so it takes about 5 min to get all devices paused. It's getting super frustrating. Any suggestions?

I should add, I have unplugged the router, reinstalled the app, and did a full network reset and none of it has helped.

Thanks for reaching out here in the community! I'm sorry to hear that pausing or unpausing a device just keeps loading, and it shows a 'something went wrong' error message. I understand how frustrating it is, especially when it takes around five minutes to get all your four children's devices paused for screen time. Help's here!

I appreciate the workarounds you've already tried. Just to confirm, when you refer to pausing or unpausing a device, are you using Family Wi-Fi to block internet access, or are you using the screen time feature within Family Link on Android or Chromebook devices?
