Devices are online on ewelink but shows as offline on Google home app

I have 6 switches which are controlled by ewelink app. They work perfectly well using the ewelink app, but when I link my account with Google home the devices appear as offline.

I have reset the devices on the native app and relinked with Google home but still appears as offline.

Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out. Are you using a dual-band router? If yes, on which band are your switches connected? Can you control the switches via voice command?
 

Try these troubleshooting steps:
 

• Reboot your router, unplug it for 2 minutes > Plug back in.
• Once the router is up, turn off and on WiFi settings on your phone.
• Uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app > Log in.
• Command Google Assistant to “Sync my device”.
