Hi,
since two days, my DreameBot L10s Pro (vacuum cleaner robot) is shown as offline in Google Home.
So i unlinked my DreameHome-App from Google Home, cleared all caches and tried to link the DreameHome-App again. This was successful, but Google Home still shows the robot as offline.
DreameHome-App shows robot as online and works perfectly.
Any solutions are appreceated.
Cincerely

Hi Andreas,
Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. A few questions: are you using a dual-band router? If yes, on which band is your DreameBot L10s Pro connected? Do you have household members in your Home?
I’ll look forward to your response.
Regards,
Alex

Hi and thanks for your response.
In the meantime, the cleaner bot shows as connected. There was no app-update, so i guess it was a kind of server error.
I am using a dual-band router and the bot connects with 2.4 GHz. And yes, there is another household member, who also has administrative rights.
I have the bot for over one year but never had this problem before...
Another problem is, that often i can't send the bot to a specific room with voice commands.
With my Google Nest Audio it works most of the time, but with my Google Nest Hub and my two Google Nest Minis, there often is a problem and the devices don't understand the voice commands.
Thx again for your response!
Regards
Andreas

Hey there,
It's good to know that it's showing as connected now. For the issue with understanding your commands, try to troubleshoot the said devices the next time it happens.
Best,
Alex
