Error al conectar Google Home y Philips Hue

Hola,

he intentado añadir un dispositivo nuevo de Philips Hue en Google Home y no era posible, por lo que he desvinculado la cuenta para ver si volviendo a vincularlo detectaba el nuevo dispositivo. El problema siguel igual:
vinvula la cuenta pero da un error 

He borrado la app de Google Home, Google Assistant y Philips Hue, he vuelto a instalar todas, pero el problema es el mismo; tambien he quitado el Hue Bridge y lo he vuelto a instalar pero no se soluciona. 
¿Alguna sugerencia?

As you mentioned getting an error message during the process, I’d like to gather the following information:

 

  • Could you please share a screenshot of the specific error message you're encountering?
  • Are you able to control your Philips Hue lights using the Philips Hue mobile app?
  • Are you using a Nest speaker or display to connect your Philips Hue lights? If so, please provide the specific model.

To troubleshoot this inconvenience, please try the following steps: 

 

  • Check for updates to the Google Home app and your mobile device's software.
  • Perform a restart on the mobile device and the router to refresh the connection. 
  • Make sure both your Google Home device and Philips Hue Bridge have a strong Wi-Fi signal.
  • Try adding the Philips Hue lights to the Google Home app again. Refer to this article for instructions: Connect third-party smart home devices in the Google Home app.
  • If possible, attempt to add the Philips Hue device from a different mobile device.
