Google Assistant not available

Hi,

Im having issues connecting my Google Home app with my Google Assistant. I.e., when i try to broadcast og open the assistant through the Google Home app, it tells me the assistant is not available at this moment. Ive made sure everything is updated, the Google Assistant is set as default assistent and works with the assistant app itself and the "hey Google" function, it simply dosent work in the Google Home app. Ive reinstalled every app and updated my phone (pixel 9 pro ultra).

When you add a device in the Google Home app?
Or the Google Assistant that you use on your Pixel 9 Pro Ultra?I look forward to your response.
