Google Home APP : "Could not reach service" for everything Works with Google?

Hi I was trying to add a service (a new device) in my google home app , Device used- Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, got to the last step and it said "could not reach....Please try again"

Can anyone help with this matter please, Thanks

Hey Phare,

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's sort this out. 

A few questions: what devices/apps are you trying to connect to your Google Home app? Make sure your devices are connected to the same network. Try clearing the cache and data of your Google Home app then, reinstall it. Rebooting your devices and router might too in refreshing your connection.
