Recently had an issue where I tried to edit/add automations (routines) in the Google Home app, but every time I tried, got the error, "we're sorry, but you do not have access to this page. that’s all we know." First of all, wow, what a garbage page to land people on. It's my account, I have access. Searched forums for similar issues and no one seemed to find anything that worked that wasn't something random (clear data/cache, uninstall/reinstall, reboot, etc) and repeatable. I tried all of those things and none worked for me. Also tried doing it from my computer in Chrome and the web version says to use your phone or tablet. I also happen to have a pixelbook and tried it on that. After installing the Google Home App on my tablet, when I attempted to edit/add a routine, it said I needed the Google app. Unfortunately the Google app isn't compatible with the pixelbook? Another wow. Here's where I found the solution to the problem I had on my phone. While going through the same attempt to edit/add routines from the app on my phone went straight to the super helpful error page, it never said anything about the Google app. When I checked the app on my phone, I was in the beta program for the Google app. Go beta. I left beta and uninstalled/reinstalled the Google app and guess what? Now I can edit/add routines from the Google home app on my phone. Clearly there's some sort of connection between the two apps, that my phone never mentioned, but the pixelbook (which isn't compatible with the Google app) did. If you (Google) can't figure out what issue the beta app is creating, you should at least include the same pop-up screen on phones that the pixelbook has to alert the user to a connection with another app. Hope this helps someone else

This worked for me. I had no idea why it stopped giving me access. So simple yet hard to figure out. Thanks
