I'm getting tired of the message, "couldn't connect to Lutron," and seeing my devices as offline.
My Lutron system consistently works well, but sporadically and periodically GH can't connect. I unlink both from GH and Lutron, clear cache, uninstall and reinstall, all to no avail. My GH shows all my Lutron light switches, but as offline. I haven't changed passwords or really anything. I end up having to delete my home in GH and start from scratch. With several light switches, it's a huge time suck to save me the time of going into the Lutron app. Any suggestions?

Hi Gr8H2O,
Thanks for posting in the community and apologize for the late response. Let's get this sorted out.
Quick question; have you tried to reboot your router? Were there any changes on the network? Could you try saying " Okay Google sync all devices?"
Keep me posted.
Best,
Nikki

Yeah, the delay resulted in me spending hours more on my own. At the end of the day, the problem is with the many-to-many relationships between homes and users (users can be in multiple homes AND homes can have multiple homes). Google's software doesn't work well when ANY change is made, whether it be a network change or a user in a home making a change. In this case, what happened was that my wife got a new iPhone, installed Google Home and signed in. That's it. That's what broke my home. My remedy was deleting some homes on her device and re-authenticating her account.
So everything is working well...for now. But if a light bulb even stops working properly, the whole system will stop integrating. Google needs to test more thoroughly in my opinion.
