Google Home No Longer Plays Power 97 FM through TuneIn

Hi hopefully somone here can help.

I have been listening to Power 97 FM (CJKR-FM / 97.5 FM Winnipeg) through my Google home devices for as long as I can remember. When I ask I used to get the cheerful reply "Playing CJKR fm from TuneIn..." Also, used to set a daily music alarm using that station.

However, recently it will no longer play that station. I have tried every variation that I can think of including '...on TuneIn' or '...on Radio Player Canada', etc. However, every time it actually plays CJGR-FM (99.7 The River) ffrom Campbell River BC.

Interestingly when I set the radio alarm it actually says that the radio alarm is set for CJKR-FM and then plays CJGR-FM for the radio alarm. Also, when I access TuneIn on my phone using the same google account it plays Power 97 FM without issue.

When I search for CJGR-FM (99.7 The River) I find that it only recently came back on air, coincidence?

Thanks In Advance

TuneIn voice control has been really flaky for a few months now, happens to me with Newstalk 1010 as well, but I can cast it from the TuneIn app no issue.

I am getting the same issue. I sent a text to Power 97 and they said they will look into it. I am wondering if they get more texts about the issue they will look more closely.

I am also having the same issue.  I tried adding a custom routine to play Power 97 and that won't work either.  My Google Home then says "I can't do that here, but you can play it on one of your other devices."

I hope this gets fixed quickly as it is pretty annoying.

@Sinned2dth @aphelion_blue - I have also provided details to TuneIn support including video and screenshots. I *think* that they too are looking into this but unsure.
