I have two devices which are fixed IP address that show as offline in Home App list of devices. I can access them through my LAN in all ways apart from Home App

As at yesterday, the problem has gone away!
I don't know when the issue started. The devices were Synology NASs. I sought help from Google Support who decided it was not an issue with Google Home App which I have running on an Android phone (Google Pixel 7 Pro).
So for the time being I don't have a problem
