Google Home app will not show camera feed

I have tried all the fixes that I have seen here on the site; cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, reset the wifi, etc. The app shows that all my devices are offline or not available. This includes all my cameras, speakers and Nest Thermostat. I have no idea what else to do. I also checked the app on my tablet to make sure the recent Samsung update wasn't the issue and it was also acting up on my tablet.

Anyone else experiencing this? Any fixes?

Some background notes: Android v.14, App version 3.28.1.7

Hi @RomeroinATX

Thank you for reaching out to the community! I understand that you were having some inconveniences with the connectivity of your Google and Nest devices. I know how frustrating this situation can be, but don't worry! I'm here to help.

Before we continue, I only have some questions about this. This is only to provide you with more accurate troubleshooting steps on this and to be efficient in resolving your issue!

  • When did the issue start?
  • Did you mention that this issue is happening with your cameras, Speakers, and thermostat? To be more accurate, could you list them? For example, if they are 1st or 2nd gen, how many devices do you have for each one.
  • On your camera devices, did you notice any LED light?
  • How far are the devices from the Wi-Fi network?
  • Did you notice any power outages in your area?
  • Did you change the password or provider of your Wi-Fi network?

Once you share this information, I would be able to assist you further! I will be waiting for your answer.

Best regards,

Debora
