Google Home location based automation stopped working on new phone

I recently replaced an older Pixel phone with a Pixel 10. Two location based automation with starters "When user leaves xxx address / 500m" and "When user arrives xxx address / 500m" stopped working. They transferred to the new phone but grayed out, no editing available and wouldn't automatically start. Since I still had the old phone ended up deleting the location based automations. When I try to create new ones, "When user arrives/leaves" starters no longer appear for me.

I ended up using "Home" and "Away" starters to achieve similar results. However:

1. Does anyone know if "When user arrives/leaves" starters are still available?
2. If they are, is there any setting I have to change?

I didn't achieve much by contacting Google Support. Google Home app has Location set to Allowed all the time. I reinstalled the Google Home app many times by now.

I would appreciate any help.

I'm having this exact same issue, Im on a Samsung Galaxy z fold 5.

These clowns at google removed another post I made on their other community site for "duplication", when the post they were saying I duplicated was months old and the issue still isn't fixed when they said they did fix it.

Google removed this feature. I've been using it a lot for different automations and was the only thing keeping me away moving to iphone. So instead of upgrading to Pixel 10, I bought a new iphone. The Google software inconsistency is going to kill the company. You paid for a phone that has a list of a features and at some point, they simply decides to just decommission that feature. 

Since I am a Android fan, I'll keep the pixel as the secondary phone, but it is for sure not a phone to rely on, especially for business purpose.
