Bonjour,
HELP !!!!

Hi there Flosch,
Thanks for reaching out to our community.
I understand it can be confusing not to be able to use your vacuum anymore, but let's see what we can do about it.
It's important to update both your apps to the latest versions. Doing so can help ensure compatibility between them and improve the linking process.
Make sure all the devices involved in the pairing have a consistent Wi-Fi connection and have been reset or restarted recently as well as making sure your vacuum is properly set up on its app.
Have you tried linking Dreame Bot Mi on a different device, such as a phone or tablet? This might help if there are any interference problems with your current device.
Let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Angel.

Hello,
I've already reset the vacuum and the applications are also updated. I tried to add the vacuum into the Google Home with another device but it is not working. When I am trying to link DreameBot Mi Home, the same message appears : “Unable to reach Dreame Bot Mi Home. Please try again”.
Dreame and Xiaomi don't know how to fix it. To me, it seems to be a bug server. 2 weeks ago, I could still use the vacuum with Google Home app and Google Home Mini.
I don't find any solution

Hi Flosch,
Thanks for the update.
I appreciate you taking the time to test what could be causing not being able to link your Z10 Pro vacuum. Could you let me know what device you're using to link it? (Phone, tablet, etc.) I'll forward this information to the appropriate team so we can check for any problems with linking this service on our end.
I'd appreciate it if you could keep me updated on this matter to reach a resolution, if i get more information i'll let you know.
Thanks for your understanding.
Regards,
Angel.

Hi again Flosch,
Thanks for getting back to me.
Since you've successfully tried using a different device and mentioned moving, I wanted to check if there have been any network changes. This includes your internet service provider or router.
It's important to ensure there's no interference affecting the communication between your devices and apps.
I recommend trying to set up your vacuum on a different Wi-Fi network. This can help determine if your current router settings are preventing Google Home from recognizing the device or app. If you have multiple phones, you can try setting up mobile hotspots if accessing a different network isn't possible.
Let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Angel.

Hello,
Thanks for your answer !
There is no changement on the network. I tried on my secondary wifi Network (Mesh network) and it doesn't work too.
As I said, I moved from Belgium to France few weeks ago and I live in a new house. But I don't understand why the location could stop the Google Home adding DreameBot Mi Home.
I really don't know what to do 😕
