Google home app re installing

I have changed WiFi router & cannot change this in Google home app. So I deleted the app on my phone but not can’t reinstall it ! Everytime I try it goes back to my old WiFi and that is has gone. When I try to open google home app , it takes me to the old one - how go I clear that ? Help !!!
