Google home password

Hello I set up Google Home last night and when I went to use it through our smart tv it asked for a password which I don't have/know .

After troubleshooting I established that you need to click on favourites with the 💜 but it won't open ..All the other icons open except that one ..Wondering why ?

To make sure that we’re on the same page, could you tell us where you’re seeing the heart symbol under favorites? What TV are you using? Does it have a built-in Chromecast, Google Assistant, or a Chromecast dongle? Do you have the original Google Home speaker?
