Google keeps refreshing every 30 seconds

My Google keeps refreshing every 30 seconds, causing me to lose time on using surveys and streaming videos. Every other app doesn't have this issue, and this has been going on for more than a month now, is there any way to fix it?

Which of your "My Google" devices is refreshing every 30 seconds? You could try rebooting the device by unplugging it for a minute or so.

If it's the Google Home app itself that is refreshing every 30 seconds, you could try deleting and reinstalling the app.

I'm back, it did not work unfortunately, it still refreshes when i watch my favorite streaming series.

What is refreshing?  Your Nest Hub or Nest Hub Max?  Your Android phone using the Chrome browser?  Or do you have a Chromecast device?

If it's your Nest Hub or Nest Hub Max, you could try removing it from the Google Home app and doing a factory reset (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7073477)

If it's your Android phone, you may be in the wrong forum, and could try: https://forums.androidcentral.com/

(We have iPhones.)

We don't have a Chromecast device.

Oh, thanks! It's only just my chrome in my Android device that is refreshing, even though other google apps works properly.

It's my android device, and it's chrome. I will try, but i think it might not work since i had tried other things

I'm not sure exactly what you mean when you say your Chrome browser is "refreshing" when watching streaming videos on your Android phoe. I'm guessing you mean it's buffering or freezing or hanging up in some fashion. But I don't think this Google Nest forum is the right forum for that issue.
