Google routines are still broken

I'm really sick of Google problems. This is a problem I've been battling for two and a half almost 3 years and it's nothing more than a freaking argument with Google because they don't want to listen to anybody. They keep telling me to do this try that troubleshoot this troubleshoot that fill this form out fill that form out send this and send that in I've done all that and yet these problems still exist... I received a couple different emails from Google themselves stating these are problems they are aware of and yet they still aren't fixed! 

Here's another problem that I have yet to bring up but it's in the same family as everything else, it involves my mini speaker and my routines. 2 years ago Google admittedly broke routines as I already said they also admittedly messed up the mini speaker as I already have said, along the way one of my routines was broke and I can no longer find it to shut it off, even though Google continues to announce it's 10:00 a.m. and that's it nothing else she just says it's 10:00 a.m. I cannot find that particular family Bill anymore because it's broken and missing. I see all the rest of them but not this particular Bell. It's quite annoying that every single day at 10:00 a.m. she announces it's 10:00 a.m. and that's it. This is another reason why I am switching to Alexa this year because Google can't fix anything without breaking something else...

I'm getting really tired of it never had any of these problems until they did a major update a few years ago and now every freaking update makes it worse

Another problem Google does is they will close the topic or thread without a solution and then you have to start all over because they will ask you the same freaking questions again it never fails like I said this has been an ongoing battle for almost 3 years now

Google home is utter trash lol. Google went down hill once Sundar took over. Their hardware, software, phones, devices all are trash. Customer service is a freaking joke lol. These so called product experts don't even work for Google so they don't see the issues. All they do is lock the thread after a generic response by them is posted as the answer. What a joke. Google only cares about your data. Nothing else. I switched to Apple and couldn't be happier. If I have an issue all I have to do is go to my nearest Apple store and done. Amazon home ecosystem is way more reliable even though Alexa isn't as robust as Google Assistant but it is way less buggy. Pixel phones are trash. Pixel watch is trash with its own issues. Google nest routers still have multiple bugs. Random cracking of phone camera humps on the Pixel 7 series. Lol I can go on. Not to mention Android still has the bug wear the At a Glance widget still has disappearing weather from the pixel launcher. Google is a joke. I'm just waiting on my tax refund so I can completely drop Google and switch fully to something else. Google is trash.

Do you have a family member who might have added this family bell by any chance? If so, try to check the Google Home app on their phone and check the family bell set up. Check out the steps below for guidance.

 

Turn a bell announcement on or off.

  1. On a mobile device, open the Google Home app .
  2. On the upper right corner of the screen, tap the account icon, Assistant Settings Family Bell.
  3. On the upper right corner of a bell announcement, tap to turn it on or off.

Let me know how it goes.

Just fix the problem quit telling us to do more and more bull**bleep** we're tired of it...

How many different ways and times do I have to tell you your solutions don't work... We never used to have these problems for the longest time and then all of a sudden it's every other **bleep**ing day but yet you keep saying the same things...

Aaaaaaaaaand here we go again, just like a broken record! My routines haven't worked since Saturday! This is really **bleep**ing annoying Google! I didn't change a **bleep** thing! They worked perfectly Friday night, and now once again NOTHING! Please tell me again how it's my system! I'm sure you'll lock this thread without fixing the **bleep**ing problems! Also, just a FYI - ALL Google products have been seriously slow the last few days - saw many people complaining about it and then experienced it myself! How many times & ways must we report these problems? NOTHING has been done, not a goddamn thing! Tomorrow I will be taking a video of some of these problems AGAIN but this time I'm going to share them right here - if I were a business going through this bull**bleep** I'd be pursuing and reporting to the BBB!

I don't know what you had done but you really screwed Google up again everything works fine last week this week Google can't get a goddamn thing right nothing she can't even answer a **bleep**ing question this is bull**bleep** every **bleep**ing week there's a problem every week, new Google new phone new service new devices same Google bull**bleep** results

Google can't remember anything I had set up the way I had it set up using the trigger words that used to always work when Google worked that is, before you changed to the new format so in other words you **bleep**ed me

Don't even try to put this on me because it's two different types of lights both types had the same commands but performed different functions, their respective apps are automatically updated and have been updated, all the firmware has been updated I check it every few days because my whole house runs on Wi-Fi light bulbs and controlled by Google including my TVs and now you have screwed them up again as well this is why I say Google is inconsistent absolutely horrible at best, for a week and a half I didn't have any problem at all now I've got more problems than usual and this is a new Google format so what's the problem like I said Google can't remember the trigger words that I had set up that always worked before and now it won't work at all... This is just absurd unacceptable inconsistent terrible horrible

What the hell is going on everyone my  lights comes up as offline now and I have two different types of lights so I know it's not the lights themselves unless that's a real coincidence but my camera showed offline, 1 of my 2 TV showed offline and when I looked at the color palette for the light bulbs every single setting says candle lit now what the **bleep**?

Why doesn't Google fix these issues? Routines are broken - probably due to your scripts launch. Can't add a routine or edit one. Tried multiple Google accounts, reinstalled and still doesn't work. Can't wait for a feasible alternative to Google. I've had it.

Absolutely agree! Bought new equipment, everything is up to date, all devices work properly with their respective apps, firmware is all up to date, very strong Wi-Fi signal, linked a new account but same old Google problems, even worse actually! How can things work properly 1 day, not at all the next day, work properly the next day all over again, then only 1/2 work the next day? Their same answer is to fill out a new form.. this has been over a year now - same bs! HELLO ALEXA sounds better and better!

Google is being absolutely ridiculously dumb today! Ask her to turn off the lights, ok turning off television WHICH WASN'T EVEN ON! Ask her what the weather will be tomorrow, ok turning on bedroom ceiling WHICH IS ALREADY ON! Ask her to turn off the living room lights, alright asking Pandora to play some music! **bleep**ING RIDICULOUS!

It's actually funny that Google replied to this today because I had a new problem today in fact it's been 4 months since I haven't had at least one problem with a Google item and the problems recycle themselves they repeat themselves so you can't blame this bull**bleep** on just one particular thing this is all Google because we're talking two different brand of lights we're talking mini speaker we're talking Google home we're talking 2 different Vizio TVs with Chromecast built in...

Every single **bleep**ing day there's a problem with one of them things again I never had any problem for the first three **bleep**ing years before Google was sold and now every day is a goddamn problem I've been home an hour and I'm still waiting for my security lights to come on through a Google routine which is once again failed...

Also I'm real curious to know why Google decided to do this this is **bleep**ing redundant let alone stupid now when you tell Google you're leaving she'll go through the routines and then she'll ask you if you want your home set to away isn't that the whole **bleep**ing purpose of saying I'm leaving?

You know what I'm not going to hold back no more **bleep** you Google this is seven straight **bleep**ing days that my routines have not worked and this is the 10th time this has happened. I'm sick and **bleep**ing tired of having to reset them up every mother **bleep**ing night.

So it's 12 hours later the **bleep** still isn't working after work perfect for 5 days this is on Google's end I'm telling you, this has nothing to do with my equipment.. and once again I see somebody saying fill out this form ...no, hell with that. I filled out enough forms made enough phone calls given enough information this is on you now.. do something

And here we go once again day two of nothing working again... wash rinse repeat how is this **bleep**ing possible Google how can **bleep** work without a problem for five straight days and then nothing work at all for two how is this possible again... I'm looking at Google Play store at the reviews I'm looking through your Google community help everybody is saying the same **bleep** thing...

FINALLY! So I noticed that Google home app has dramatically changed in my phone and it actually appears like it's working properly for a change everything is working properly at the moment so my hats off to Google I had heard you were doing this but in the meantime everybody kept giving me these crazy answers and wanted me to jump through hoop after hoop after hoop all you had to do was tell me and be honest that you were changing the app because everything's working properly now thank you
