Got new broadband, Google Home app still on the old one. How to change

Got a new internet connection after changing broadband and noticed that all my devices are offline. Quickly figured out that it is most likely due to me having new Wi-Fi at home. Where do i go in the App to change it over to the new connection?

Google Nest does not make it easy to update Wi-Fi settings. That's why their first recommendation is to set the network name (SSID) and password on your new Wi-Fi router/modem to the same values used on your old router/modem. (That's what we did when we got a new router/modem over a year ago; I'm just another Google Nest customer.)

If you can't do that, then the basic process is to remove all of your devices from the Google Nest app or Google Home app while still on your old Wi-Fi network, do a factory reset on each device, and then reinstall them in the Google Nest app or Google Home app while on your new Wi-Fi network.

Here are the Help topics for factory resetting cameras, doorbells, and Nest Hubs. I'm not familiar with the process for Nest thermostats.

I'm not familiar with the process for Nest thermostats, but here's the topic for factory resetting them:

I can't remove them from the old Wi-Fi Network as the reason i changed is because it the router for it broke. So it is impossible for me to access that old Wi-Fi

Then the best you can do is to factory reset each of your devices and reinstall them in the Google Nest app or Google Home app, as appropriate, and hope it goes well.
