I have a Google Nest Wifi network and having trouble with an Arlec smart powerboard. The powerboard uses GridConnect app which is linked to my Google Home app.
The device initially shows a connection error in the GridConnect app home screen, but when I click on the device, it opens and then shows as connected.
It is showing as Offline (not connected) in the Google Home app.
The network signal is 'great/good' with the powerboard right next to a Google Nest node.
The issue means my automated light program is no longer working.
Any help to resolve the problem would be greatly appreciated.

Hi SBscho
Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.
I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should, let’s get this resolved: A few things: What is the make and model of the phone that you are using for your Google Home app? What is the Google Home app version installed on your phone? Have you tried using another phone to further isolate the issue?
Try to unlink and relink the Google Home app and see if it will make a difference. You can also unlink and relink Grid Connect from your Google Home app, then try the feature again.
Looking forward for your response.
Thanks,
Juni
