Google Nest mini is not playing songs from gaana

I have linked Home app with Ganaa and was working fine but suddenly Nest is not playing songs from gaana. I have uninstalled ganna, resinstalled and linked again but no luck. Kinly help

I am facing the exact same issue on my Nest audio and Nest mini. Looks like Gaana has ended support for Google assistant integration. Can’t blame them, the company is almost bankrupt.

I have gaana plus subscription. And I have same issue, it says playing on gaana but then it doesn't play.

I have tried contacting Gaana customer support but they did not respond. Gaana has pathetic customer service.

That certainly hasn't been easy for you ― let’s check this out.

Have you all contacted Gaana support about this? What is the exact voice command you're trying to give? We need to narrow things down since JioSaavn is working with your Nest Mini. If it is working with other services then we might need to look into Gaana if updates are happening on their end. Also, we don't have any control if they're asking for everyone to have a subscription.

I have the Gaana subscription but its not working on my home mini, when I gave the command to play any song its just say this song is playing from Gaana but after that just freeze

We appreciate all the info you've shared. Could you anyone here confirm if other music service is working on your Google Nest speakers? We'd like to check further if this is isolated to Gaana. Lastly, has anyone here already tried to command their Google Assistant on phone to play music on your Google Nest speakers?

Yes, this issue seems to be isolated to Gaana. I’ve checked Apple Music, Spotify and YouTube music. They are working fine. Only Gaana doesn’t work. It doesn’t play any music even if commanded by Google assistant via phone.

Strange, I was facing exact same issue last year this time around and after few months it started working without making any changes, I see the same issue poping up this year during the same time. No solution so far, only have changed the default music app to jio savan!
