Help remove device from home app

I'm unable to remove a device from Google home, via smartlife.   It's saying that I'm not the owner, but I am.  Even unlinked smartlife, but it's still showing.  The button to remove, at the bottom of the device settings is greyed out.  

 

Any suggestions???

Thank you for posting in the community. I understand you're having issues removing a device from the Google Home app, as the 'remove' button is grayed out and you're getting an ownership message, despite being the owner and unlinking SmartLife from the app. I'm happy to assist you.

Could you confirm the device you're trying to remove from the Google Home app?

In the meantime, I recommend uninstalling the Google Home app, reinstalling it, and if the issue persists, you can try to remove the device from a different phone with the same account.
