Hey Smart connection

I have 2 smart bulbs connected to "hey smart" which I managed to then link to google home.  Recently I added 2 new devices to "hey smart" and tried linking these to google home.  I keep getting the message that no compatible devices were found.  To make matters worse, the two bulbs I had (which were successfully linked to google home) also disappeared.  Any feedback is appreciated.  Thanks

Make sure you're using the most updated version

Both Google home and hey smart are updated.

Thanks for posting on the community page, I completely understand how frustrating this must be. It's disappointing when your smart home setup, which was working fine, suddenly stops cooperating.

  • Could you please specify the brand and model of your smart bulbs and the "hey smart" hub you're using? 
  • Have you tried to re-link the two bulbs that disappeared?
