I am not able to view camera activity through my Google Home app via cellular connection but can see the camera activity via cellular through the Nest app. What do I need to do to be able to see the camera activity in the Google Home app when only able to access cellular connection?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I'd like to ask if it's only happening to your mobile device? Have you tried viewing your Nest Camera using a different phone with a different mobile carrier? We need this information to know isolate the issue.

Do you by any chance have cellular data turned on for the Google Nest app but NOT for the Google Home app?
