Home Premium Subscription Not Ready

Hi,

I recently upgraded Google One AI Pro. Previously, I had Nest Aware and the 2TB Google One subscription. When I go to activate Home Premium, which the Google One app says is available, I get a message that my subscription isn't ready yet and to try setting up later. I've restarted the phone and endured all apps are the latest version. 

Thoughts on this issue?

Per Gemini -- My Google One AI Pro plan's entitlement for Google Home Premium is not provisioning to the Google Home app. I have already waited 24 hours and confirmed my accounts. This appears to be a backend issue that needs to be escalated.

Same and when searching for a solution, saw this in a Reddit Stream.

Finally got an update from Google.

Hi Branden,

Thanks for patiently waiting for your Google Home Premium inquiry.

Our engineers acknowledged the issue and found a solution for the bug. The bug fixes will be rolled out to the users on November 4. Kindly update your applications once the update is available. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

Well November the 4th has been and gone and I still having this issue, was it resolved for you?

I finally got through to Customer support. My subscription is based on the first year after purchasing an new phone. So I have Gemini on my phone and I have 2TB of data. I was paying for Nest Aware as I have a lot of Google Products. They refunded that and said I could sign up for Google Home Premium Standard. In Google Home it says I have Early Access and  Public Preview. 

I DO NOT have Gemini on my Speakers. The Subscription says I should have but Customer Service says I cannot have that with the Phone Based Subscription - that they called Free. But I corrected saying it was included with the cost of the phone.

After a lot of trying to get around things. I'm convinced I cannot access Gemini on the speakers until my phone subscription expires. Dec 9 - which isn't too far off. After that, I'll be paying for the Google One AI 2TB Plan and they assured me everything should get activated. I'll back to the group here to confirm what happens. 

That makes sense. I have the full  Google One AI 2TB Plan - no trials of any kind. I have Next Audios and a 2nd gen Nest Hub, so everything is compatible, just not available for use yet. Probably won't be for many more months, even with beta and early access. They really put the cart before the horse on this one ...
