Home app notifications.

Hey all I'm having a problem with my notifications not appearing on my current daily use phone.

I booted up my old s10 plus the other day and I'm used to both of my phones s22 ultra and the s10 plus receiving the same notifications but only my s10 plus receives my HOME notifications I've went through the settings to make sure every thing is on and they are but I'm still not getting notifications for my s22 ultra.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hiya!

Thank you posting in this community form. I hope I can help here. I appreciate this can be frustrating especially when you're trying to receive the notifications. If everything is on, I recommend trying:

  • Uninstalling and reinstalling the app 
  • Clearing App Cache
  • Clearing app data
  • Check if any other home members receive the notifications.

Hi folks,

 

@Brownies, thanks for posting in the Community. I wanted to check in and see if you still needed any help. Have you seen code_’s last response? If yes, how was it?

 

Also, if you haven’t done so already, please try the steps below:
 

  1. Check for any Android system updates and install them if there are any.
  2. Turn off Nest notifications in the Home app.
  3. Uninstall the Home app, restart your phone, and then reinstall the app.
  4. Turn Nest notifications back on.
