Home app tells me to install the Home app!

Just upgraded my phone to Pixel 10 Pro XL and went to check settings in the Home app. In the Automations tab, under Household -> Home (When someone comes home)/Away (When everyone's away), if i tap on When some one comes home/ When everyone's away the app shows a screen "Saying Here's how to get started  Download the Google Home app". I'm already in the app!

I have tried force stopping, deleting cache/data, uninstalling and reinstalling but get the same issue

It seems your Google Home app is repeatedly prompting you to download the app on your Pixel 10 Pro XL, even though you’re already in the app, particularly when you try to switch the Home & Away mode.
