How to add the Onn. 4K Google TV Streaming Box to my Google Home when the box has been already been

I want to use my Onn. 4K Google TV Streaming Box with Google Home so I can control it with my Google Home Mini. I've tried setting it up on the app but it shows there is no devices. It only shows on local devices but I want it in my home so I can use the Google Home Mini with that. Is there any way you guys can help me, that will be really appreciated.

I understand that your device was already added to the app but now is not showing up. In this case, we can recommend processing a factory reset on your device, and then you can connect the device to the TV, and once the QR code pops up on the TV screen, you can scan it with the Google Home app. You can follow these steps: 

• Open the Google Home app.
• Tap Devices > Add > Works with Google Home.
• Select the device maker from the list.
• To complete the setup, follow the in-app steps.

Hi, thank you for the help but there is one problem. I have some apps that are not from the Play Store and I am unable to download them again. Is there another way or somehow backup my device so everything stays the same?

Thanks for your reply. I understand that there are some apps that you cannot download again after the factory reset. In this case we need to perform the option provided above to connect your streaming device on the Google Home app back again, and at this moment there is not an option to back up the previous app on the streaming device.

If I connect my MXQ PRO 5G 4K WITH TV THEN IT SHOWS ANDROID AFTER 2 MINUTES GOES OFF AND STARTS AGAIN ON ANDROID
