How to cancel and request refund to chrome cast

I have been unable to connect my TV to the Chrome Cast. I would like a refund and to cancel the subscription.

- What model is your Chromecast so I can give you the correct steps and some additional tips?

- What have you tried already?

- Do you see anything unusual when you try connecting it?
