How to discover ticket number for submitted ticket?

Hey @Brad and others,
I recently submitted a "ticket" about an issue via the online form here https://bit.ly/31vCfcQ . I received the webpage acknowledgement "Your email has been sent...".
How do I know what my ticket number is? Where do I discover that ticket number information?
