How to remove a user from my nest account (google home)

I wanted to install a nest camera in my absence.  I gave my login credentials to a trusted individual so he could install for me.  He did so successfully.  Unfortunately, the installer is now getting all my alerts on that camera... just as I do.  Is there a way to remove my account from HIS smartphone --- without deleting the account entirely???  Could I just change the password??
