Yale lock drops and reconnects every day or two

Lock will drop connection then 24-48 hours later reconnect. Hold connection for 24-48 hours and drop again. Nest connect appears fine. Have removed and reset everything from scratch. Any help? Connect within a few feet of lock and 15 ft of router.

Google cam with floodlight

I have had my device installed and working for some time and all of sudden my nest cam with floodlight is giving me issues. I can no longer see the flood light or control it as needed in the Google Home app. Help please.

Nest stole my money went in my account wasn’t authorized

Why you can’t I talk to a human I was helping my sister install the nest door bell installed it under my account to see why I couldn’t install it on her phone and nest charged my checking account $50. for what and who authorized it
