Email missing for dropcam pro transition

I have 2 drop cam pro cameras that I’ve had for very long time. I didn’t see an email to help with this transition. Please send me the information. I’m assuming I will need to buy new cameras, is there any kind of deal considering there is nothing wrong with one ones I currently have.

Judging from other posts, customers whose Dropcams were on an active Nest Aware subscription a month before the April 7 announcement received the emails.
