unable to add an existing google home or a new home to nest app

When trying to add it, I find it or I create it, I provide all the requested information but the process stops with no error messages and the home is not added/created.

The nest app is authorised in my google account and I have the latest version of the app.

Anyone with any idea on how to solve this issue ?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries; we'll check this out. Just a few questions: Is your account already migrated to Google? When you try to create a new home, are you using the Nest app or the Google Home app? Have you tried creating a new home structure on https://goo.gle/3KP3GC4;

Hello Edmond,

1) I do not have a nest account, I log in with my google account

2) I am trying to add the nest thermostat in the nest app to a structure created in google home.

3) I have created a new home structure in the nest app and in this case the process works (I can add the thermostat) HOWEVER then in google home I only see the structure but not the thermostat.

4) I have already reset the thermostat to factory setting, deleted and reinstalled the NEST app, deleted and reinstalled the google home app, checked the address multiple times.

5) I have tried to perform the operations from an Iphone, an Ipad and a Mac but the results are always the same.

Any idea what else I could do to solve the issue ?

Thanks for the information and for the steps that you have done. Since the issue is the Nest thermostat is not showing on the google home app.  Have you checked if you can see the Nest thermostat on https://goo.gle/45HZyvu;
