I am having repeat problems again - JUST FIX THEM NO MORE BS!

Can't find where the hell to post about these different problems cuz this place is a freaking mess so I'll post them all in 1 right here...

Absolutely ridiculous - stop with the fill out this form bs and just fix the problems! I am getting repeat problems now:

1. Once again my Mini speaker: 5 minutes after completing any task viz the mini speaker Google says "there was a glitch please try again" meanwhile the task was initiated and completed! This does not happen on my Google home device!

2. Google audio replies are now all broken up again, unable to understand what is being said.

3. The wrong devices are answering again - I have a Google home Gen 1 in my living room and a Google mini in my bedroom - both have current firmware; both were working just fine last week - I have rebooted both but problem still exists!

4. My personal routines are all messed up again and sporadically failing, it took 2 years to get the **bleep** things fixed!

5. My ongoing Chromecast problem still is not right - google photos are STILL missing from ambient mode on my Vizio 43 V series for some reason - and now Google is asking for the same information I already sent in 3 times - JUST FIX IT!

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE GOOGLE!

It sure would be nice if you would just FIX the problems! This is unacceptable to have to go through all these hoops for a REPEAT problems that continue to get worse! You have all the pertinent information you need to fix them, and you had some fixed not so long ago but somehow managed to break them again! And yet you want to ask if I still need your help? STOP WITH THE GAMES AND FIX THEM PLEASE!

You don't even have proper choices here for problems! Ridiculous!

My personal routines are all messed up again and sporadically failing. I set up some routines to happen when I come in my apartment and when I leave! For 2 years I NEVER had a problem. Over a year ago I started having problems with them failing at random! Then they stopped working altogether. Then ALL routines were messed up! It took 2 years to get the things fixed! Now I am having the exact same issues - personal routines are randomly failing. I am so sick of having to fix these things all the time!

Yes I am frustrated today! I have had nothing but problems with my Google home since Friday!

Hi Duglop,

Thanks for the response. I genuinely understand the inconvenience you have faced. I am on this right away. Letś try to do a sequential reboot. First, unplug your Nest speakers for 30 seconds, then do the same thing on your Wi-Fi router to refresh both devices and your Wi-Fi signal. Then observe if this will fix your concern.

This is why they need one specialist not 5 of them I have been replying to that person on another thread and this thread, because I have multiple issues going on that they are working on so I'm waiting for their reply on 2 threads meanwhile you butted in and have no clue what's going on this is why Google fails

Jesus Christ here we go again with more Google bull**bleep** everything works fine for two whole **bleep**ing days and now all of a sudden every single thing I ask Google she replies sorry I don't know how to help with that I can't do anything with my **bleep**ing Google nothing nothing
