I cannot get the garage door (aladdin connect genie brand) to work with google home, I have tried to change the password, I have unlinked the device from google home but it always tells me that there is an error or to change the pin. I don't know what to do.

Thanks for posting here in the Community.
Please go ahead and unlink then relink your Aladdin Connect to the Google Home app. Once done, ask your Google Home to "sync the devices" and then try opening your garage door using voice command. If the issue persists, you may factory reset your device and set it up again to see if that helps.

If I did all the steps indicated by Google home and the brand of the Garage door What is aladdin connect. I even put a different pin number but after going through this step when trying to open or close it tells me that there is an error. I really need help.

Have you tried the steps above? How was it? Where do you see the error message?
Also, what password have you changed? If it’s about your Aladdin smart device, I’d like to notify you that the partner themselves manages the URL portal used to link partners in the Google Home app. Issues encountered when linking a partner (home control) should be directed to that home automation partner for support. Partners should support integration of their products with Google Nest and Home devices.
I suggest you contact its manufacturer for additional assistance and let us know how it goes for us to isolate further.
