I can’t update my Google home due to account has been disabled

I can’t access any devices on my Home app.  It says my Google Home app needs to be updated.  When I try to update Google Home, I get an error message that my account has been disabled.  I opened a ticket over a week ago but it hasn’t been updated.  And I can’t find a way to request an update on my existing ticket.  Any ideas?
