The smartphone is the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S.
I checked "where they work" compared to other smartphone, all the settings are the same.
When the camera notification comes from the Google home app I can't see the preview.
With the old app it nests what doesn't happen and it works well.

Hi there,
Thanks for letting me know. Could you test on another mobile device to see if you can receive notifications? Download the Home app on another device and sign in using the right account.
Thanks,
Zoe

Hello Roberto76,
Thanks for confirming. Therefore, we conclude that the issue is with your phone. In this case, you may use your other phone to receive notifications with your camera in the meantime while you check on your main phone's software to see if it is updated, making sure that you are logged in on the correct account, and deleting and reinstalling the app on your phone. If, by chance, your main phone is really not receiving any notifications, then I highly recommend you contact your phone provider or manufacturer by that time.
Regards,
Zoe
