I cannot get my new phone to work with nest

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. I’d be happy to help you with the Nest app. Let’s check it out.

 

A few questions: what devices do you have in the Nest app? Are you getting any error messages? What troubleshooting steps have you taken?

 

If you haven’t done so already, please try the steps below:

 

  1. Check for any Android OS updates on your Samsung S23 and install them if there’s any.
  2. Uninstall the Nest app, then restart your phone.
  3. Reinstall the Nest app and sign back in.

Error code says G Suite accounts can't be used with NEST.

Hey  Doc1963,

 

We appreciate your follow-up information. At this time, you can't use a Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) account because the account data is managed by your organization. We recommend you use a personal Google Account to sign in with the Nest app. If you don't have one, create a new Google Account.
