I'm sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to help. I understand passcode issues can be confusing, and I'm happy to provide some clarity. 
 
I understand you added new passcodes on your Nest App for Yale, and am just curious what troubleshooting steps you have taken to try to resolve this?
 
I was able to find a great article that will help you with passcodes and to be able to troubleshoot any passcode issues.
