I need to update an app on my Google Home speaker but the device is not showing up in Google Store

I need to update the WSTW app on my Google Home speaker but when I find the app on the Google Play store there is no device listed to update.

Hi gferris55,

Google speakers and displays don't use apps like mobile devices do. They stream radio stations and music services and these can not be updated by users.

So we listen to the WSTW app on our Goolge Home speaker. That app keeps saying we need to update the app. Thoughts?
