I'm so sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to help. Apologies for the issues with the Nest app, I know it can be frustrating, but I'm happy to see what I can do. 
 
Would you mind letting me know if you're still experiencing issues with this? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you taken?
