Issue: Cloud Intelligence isn't linking to Google Home

I bought a intelligent bulb and added it to an App called Cloud Intelligence and it works perfectly, the issue begun when I tried to link my Cloud Intelligence account to my Google Home app. I tried to link it from the Google Home app by adding a new device, but when I select Cloud Intelligence it just says that it couldn't reach Cloud Intelligence.

Sorry to hear about the troubles you're running into with trying to connect your smart bulb app with the Google Home app, I'm sure it's confusing, but I'm happy to help. 

 

I would suggest reviewing this article to see how to add the app to the Google Home app, as well as looking into the list of supported devices as well.

Hello there! I checked the article and I'm afraid it wasn't talking about the linking apps issue. I previously added my device thru Google Home app, but my bulb got unbidden I know I can't reconnect it.

Sorry to hear about the issues that you're still having with this. I would suggest reaching out to the manufacturer of the light bulb to see if they are able to help.
