Kids profile in Sony bravia A80J dissapeared

I'm set up a kids profile last night and now it has vanished. There is no option to add it back either as who's watching is missing under my email address on the Google TV. Family link is set up on the phone. My TV is Sony bravia A80J. Pl advise thank you

Hey cruze45,

 

Thanks for reaching out, let's see what's going on. Check these steps:

 

  1. From the Google TV home screen, on the top right, go to the user profile icon and select the profile.
  2. Select the kid's profile the customer wants to switch to.

If your kids profile is not showing, what happened if you click the Add account sign? Have you tried rebooting your TV? Checking your system updates might help too.

Hi cruze45,

 

We understand that your issue is isolated when adding your kids profile on your Sony Bravia TV. Please note that we have very limited support on third party TV with built-in Google TV like Sony. It is best to contact Sony support for additional help.
