Thanks for reaching out. I'd like to know more about it. A few questions: what are the messages or codes you are receiving when you're trying to log in? In what application you can't log in? What are the troubleshooting steps you already tried? Are you using Android or iOS?

When I try to use my new google nest mini ( after using it successfully yesterday ) it says “please login through the Google home app”. I am running the Google home app on my iPhone and can’t find any way to ‘login’ to the google nest.

Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. Do you see your Google Nest Mini device in the Google Home app > Devices, under Other Cast/Local Devices? If yes, tap on it > Add to a room. Follow the prompts in adding it back to a room.
