I’m unable to look at my wireless service. It keeps telling me to login to my wireless network and it doesn’t give me the option to call someone back

Thanks for visiting the Google Nest Community. Are you referring to a Google Wifi device? Where do you exactly see the prompt to login to your wireless network?
