I am getting above message when trying to access my Lorex 2k wired doorbell on Google home app and Google nest hub. I have tried to reset the router, unlinked the Lorex home app and relink, restarted and reset the Lorex doorbell but no luck. Any help?

Thanks for reaching out. A few questions: did it work before? If so, were there any recent changes made? Are you able to stream your camera through the Lorex app? Do you have other brand cameras linked? If so, are they working fine in your Google Home app?

I was able to fix the issue after rebooting the doorbell from Lorex home app.
