Hi, I bought Xiaomi mi robot vacuum mop 2 pro and couldn't link it to my Google Home App. I have also other Xiaomi Smart products. I have no problem with them.
I thought the problem was only with the vacuum cleaner. But other devices such as the air purifier connect properly and work well with the Google Assistant. On the Xiaomi store website there is information that about the vacuum cleaner should work with the app.
Please advise
Thanks

Hi MrBubbles,
Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. Are you using the same account for your Mi Vacuum Mop 2 Pro and your other Xiaomi products? Can you control the vacuum in the Mi Home app? Try to command Google Assistant to “Sync my devices” > Force close and reopen the Google Home app > Check if Mi Vacuum Mop 2 Pro is now showing on the list of devices. If not, try the steps below:
Let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Alex

Good night. I have tried to do the same thing you mentioned but it still does not appear in the Google home application. Previously it was compatible but suddenly it stopped working.

It still does not work. Is it possible to check what devices are compatible?

I don't know if since some update (by Google or Xiaomi), it is now not compatible. But a few months ago, you could command the voice assistant to start the vacuum cleaner, stop it, or return to the charging base. And now it doesn't even appear on Google home. I have tried to reconnect my Xiaomi account 5 times and there is no change.

Hi everyone,
It would be best to contact Xiaomi support to check if there’s an update or changes with their integration to Google Home. Keep us on the loop.
Best,
Alex
