Morning alarm sometimes goes off 50 minutes late

Every now and then, when I try to set my alarm for 6:30 so that I can workout before work my alarm will go off at 7:20 instead. Today I asked what time the alarm was set for and it said "You have set an alarm for 6:30 am that is going off right now." So it knew what time the alarm was supposed to happen. So far it has only been late whenever I set my alarm early to workout.

Hi Ktbh4jc,

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should. A few things: which Nest speaker are we working with? When did your issue begin? Were there any changes made before the issue started? What steps did you take so far to fix the issue?

You can do a sequential reboot. First, unplug your Nest speakers/ displays for 30 seconds, then do the same thing to your Wi-Fi router to refresh both devices and your Wi-Fi signal.

Keep me posted.

Best,

Juni
