Multiple family members show devices as offline

Hello, I have a home with numerous devices. I added all devices with my phone/account.  The following is happening:

-My device always shows devices online.

-Both of the other 2 family members of the "home" see some, but not all devices as offline.

My device is a samsung, and the other family members devices are a motorola and a samsung device.

I am not always home so I initially thought it was the wifi, but tested and found same results while I was connected to the wifi.

I cant seem to understand what this issue could be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

• What specific types of Nest devices are you using?
• Which app are you using to control these devices?
• Are all the family members connected to the same WiFi network?
• Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps? If so, could you please list them?
