Perhaps I didn’t explain properly.
when viewing the live feed. I use the volume control on my iPhone. (The two buttons on the side).
I hold the volume down button. The sound goes down but not all the way down…it’s indicated by the icon still showing that the volume is still on. Quiet but nevertheless still on.
It is not my ability to use my phone or the volume settings that is the problem here. The app won’t allow my phone to reach zero volume.
